RockTropia might go into hibernation just like NI it seems. Can anyone confirm?

Been reading about this guy Neverdie.... can`t believe he ruined a planet, but before several years he created huge success out of nothing, that space club... strange.

Planet looks amazing, zombie apocalypse. Maybe they should make an instance, but not similar to Caly and ark. I don`t know if they have instance on Rocktropia, but might be great if they create defend the hill, hold the fort type of thing against zombie invasion.... There is a big land area with a small house on it or a small fort, or a small space ship, but whole land area has no revive close by, and at the set time of the event, lets say every month-4 weeks, that instance is turned on. All avatars in that area are defending it from the invading hordes of zombies. Who does the most damage to mobs, and if land area is not overrun will win the land area for several weeks, lets say 4 weeks.
If land area is overrun and zombies win over small house, small fort, small space ship, all land area becomes contaminated and only entry available is with anti toxic shot. By doing so, players will be focused on team play to defend the fort, and team play to win over the fort. Or maybe 2 teams fighting for same goal might kill or each others members, so that the opposite team does smaller damage to mobs, so that attacking team have more damage dealt to the mobs.

Mobs could be all those at Rocktropia that i have encountered, plus there should be vampires-fast agile but small HP. Their hp should be almost depleted, and if you shoot them till they get to you, ok. But if they get to you with their almost depleted health, they have vampiric aura-warcraft 3 thing.... healing while attacking you.

Man, add me to the dev team, i have soo many ideas:) that are mostly noob fantasies but hey, i love Rocktropia, looks great
 
He did not ruined a planet...
As he told when RT and NI "born" it was not in the hands of PP to develop blueprints....
The stats of weapons were balanced one year ago on Caly/Ark ...on RT?
Mobs give miniglobals on Caly/Ark/Cyr ....on RT no miniglobals except common Caly-Rt mobs
Were some weapon blueprints (universals) but with extiction of ATAU you can not click anymore on RT

Yes instances they are ...solo and team.... To bad that in solo can enter another avatar as well(this is platform issue and not ND fault)
Crashes during instances-platform issues
Hitbox that make CTD while you shooting -platform issue

Anyway Good luck all who will come for the Apocalypse event on RT with eco or uneco weapons....

Great Ideas, but a bit late - cos whatever is going to happen has already been decided and implemented. I would like a huge nuclear bomb to render half the planet dead - so excess servers can be shut down. Surviving mobs and players squeezed into a small area where it is an all out kill fest until one side wins. Then on 1st Jan 2014 have a virtual poker game before the whole planet gets sucked into a black hole and any player left on RT dies and loses all their belongings - ped etc. See the game "Damage" favourite passtime of The players on the eve of Destruction (Iain Banks - Consider Phlebas)

Nuclear bombs..... they are so uneconomical :silly2: and require high level dmg/hit, but i have one:cool:

I am no rocket scientist, nor a Harvard grad or janitor, but reading the news, there are those planets in universe being destroyed, sucked into black holes, exploding into zillion pieces, why can`t our universe - in game one, have such a thing. Lets keep it dynamic :wtg: Rocktropia exploding, avatars on the planet being killed off, revive at space station. Have to organize a big exodus to other planet of their choosing. Their inventory - planet storage being accessible on Rocktropia space station. Maybe the whole station moving to other place in space, since there is no planet next to it. I think i will move back to Caly. Big player base and trade possibilities, and market for chips to chip in..... oh, i got hooked, somebody please stop me.

Seems like an opinion to me. Not propaganda. If it was propaganda.. it isnt doing its job (making arkadia shine..) or are you suggesting its propaganda against arkadia and for another planet? If so, for which planet is the propaganda because that is also unclear from skywalkers post. Propaganda for RT? Cyrene? Monria? Next island? or are you suggesting its propaganda for the most evil of planets? The one, the only, the original, where it all started..... it can't be or can it?

He cannot back up this slander with any proof, "because that may result in this post being deleted" - yeah, sure. Posting malevolent insinuations and libel will not get it deleted (not even modded even if reported), but posting a prove for this FUD will? Yeah, sure.

Tbh, I didn't know that I'd live in a virtual version of Northern Korea. I may have missed that I'm actually already playing in a Gulag, I haven't been too nice, as usually. Obviously it's some devilish plot from the dreaded Arkadian regime - for sure, they have found a way to spray some mind-changing poison from my monitor as soon as I log in into the game, or into the forum!

But anyway, it's off topic. So let's stop this here.

PS really sad about the RT news. I'm listening to the Cape Corinth music at the moment and it seems to have taken on a more sinister and darker meaning to me now

George Skywalker's attidude to Arkadia is well known and is based on his bad experience with the forum and the Ark devs. Whether it is justified is another question but there is little point arguing with him or stressing over it. There's always going to be a few players that have a mad-on for each planet.

Seriously though, anyone who played on RT today, and wants to offer some feedback?
Are there new reasons to go to RT or is it the same old, with better adjusted loot, in a smaller space with a husssk?
 
west side of RT map has been 'moved' to hell, pvp still no pyri, kong is not here yet (at least we couldnt find) and havent found anything to stay there, emptied storage, TTd shitz and only will go bck if an actual update comes (or kingkong will be worth killin)

I know many miners who are very happy because many players think the same way as you do. RT was/is unarguably the best planet for miners. If you disagree, we love that too because we do not want to share the profit to anyone :laugh:.
