Question: Maria's First Question - When will you allow Paypal Withdrawals to become a full time thing?

A while back there was the ability by some to withdrawal with Paypal to overcome some sort of issue or the other. When will you allow this to be done PERMANENTLY as a part of the withdrawal system? You allow us to deposit through paypal all the time, so why not allow it to go the other way full time? (some banks have issues with overseas transactions so this would likely allow more people to actively move money in to and out of the game more than they currently do, etc.)

All withdrawals are made directly to the account holder's bank account, with exception for participants in the US who can use Paypal under these terms:

• One withdrawal up to 600 USD via PayPal per month.
• MindArk covers the PayPal fee.

Please note that the only currency for PayPal withdrawals is USD and that your full name and address must be correct in your Entropia Universe Account.

To make a PayPal withdrawal, select the option "via bank" and write PAYPAL in the field "Bank BIC". After submitting the withdrawal request you will receive a withdrawal ID. You should then contact support and choose the category "Withdrawals", include the withdrawal ID and your PayPal email address. The transfer will be made to your PayPal account once all other usual withdrawal precautions and procedures are completed.

In the future, we plan to make it possible to specify the PayPal email address when making a withdrawal.

I haven't had a chance to do this in a while... :)
But it's very nice to have this option - tyvm!

Will the fee for withdrawals via bank that do not go through be reduced or removed??? That fee makes it extremely not cost effective, especially if the transfer doesn't go through in one try, and requires a second try, which may also fail, along with the fee associated with it.

Do you charge any fees for a failed transfer?
If a transfer of a payment fails and the money is returned to MindArk, a bank charge equivalent to 700 PED (70 USD) or more will be drawn from your withdrawal amount.

Reasons for a failed transfer can be:

the name on the bank account does not match with the name on your Entropia Universe account
you have entered incorrect bank account information
your bank account cannot receive international payments
your bank account cannot receive payments in the currency you have selected
To avoid the transfer to fail, contact your bank and ask which information you need to give for an international transfer to your bank account.

Many banks in the US cannot take international transfers....
