The annual Eomon migration season is here! Take part in a spectacular piece of Calypsian history and witness the majestic Eomon migrate over the plains of the Eudorian continent.

The Eomon migration continues to be a popular seasonal hunting event for new and seasoned big game hunters, the large Eomon migration is an annual happening on Calypso. But be aware of the predators that follow in the wake of the mighty Eomon herd, such as Mulmun mutants.

There are Longtooth Adolescents ideal for the lower entry hunters, plus a screenshot competition for all the artists out there!

    Migration Paths
Estimated migration paths for both the Eomon and the Longtooth species have been released by RDI (Research and Development Institute) Xenobiologists based on data collected from previous migrations.

This data analysis predicts that the Longtooth Migration Path will begin east of Cape Corinth and south of Livas outpost, and end near Fort Ithaca.

The Eomon migration begins in the eastern parts of the Eudorian continent in the Minopolis desert region, passing near Ashi before ending in the south near Camp Carter.

    Longtooth Adolescents
Longtooth Adolescents suitable for the young hunters have been spotted at the following locations:
    • Chug’s Hideout
    • Fort Zeus

Longtooth Adolescents are suitable for newer hunters.

    Longtooth Wave Events

Herds of Longtooth are wandering the wilds of the Eudorian continent at the following coordinates:
    • West of Fort Argus – higher maturity
    • North of Livas Heights – higher maturity
    • North of Atlas Haven – lower maturity
    • South West of Chug’s Hideout – lower maturity
    • South of Limnadian District – lower maturity

    Iron, Bronze and Silver Missions
Iron, Bronze and Silver missions for Eomon and Longtooth are available from Hunting Mission Terminals at cities, settlements and outposts all around Calypso.

Steadily decreasing robot excavation of DSUs (Data Storage Units) has been reported at the Hadesheim crater this year. Recently, this excavation came to a complete stop. It appears all DSUs have finally been extracted and depleted — there are simply no functioning DSUs left. Without information from the DSUs to guide us, the precious technology in the hidden RX caches is unreachable. For now.

Instead, the CDF has a new plan of attack: tap into the heart of robot communications at Hadesheim - the Base Matrix.

The Grid Theory formulated by Archibald Levetnik (A.K.A. 'Grid-Man') identified the significance of Base Matrix ‘node areas’. One of these node areas was secured by colonists via the successful repulsion of Steelbirds and Attackers. Once the general area was cleared the CDF established the node’s precise location.

We now plan to deploy a specially designed communications array directly above the node’s location: a Data Interceptor. The Data Interceptor will tap into the Base Matrix network and gather intelligence data. The operation will begin immediately after the Data Interceptor has the been given the green light for deployment.

Of course, the robots will return to eliminate it.

Knowledge is power. We must know our enemy.

That is why — when the time comes — we must defend the Data Interceptor.

Big Bulk and Defender robots are greedily snatching our land around the following locations:
    • Boreas
    • Camp Phoenix
    • Fort Ithaca
    • Fort Pandora
    • Fort Sisyphus (lower level robots sighted)
    • Fort Troy
    • Jason Centre
    • Jurra Plateau
    • Minopolis

Why? Strategists are saying they’re occupying land for future RX cache mining, that’s what!

If the DSUs suddenly reveal the location of an RX cache, an excavation would be easier for the robots if they already occupied the land at that location. That way, there’s no need for colonist expulsion!

It’s like they’re sitting on an ‘egg’, in the hope that it might possibly ‘hatch’ an RX cache!

Let's not make it easy for them. Let’s push these vultures off our land!

Defender and Big Bulk robots are attacking across Eudoria! The traditional robot territories around Minopolis, Fort Troy, Jurra Plateau and Ashi have all been reinforced with the ‘heavyweight’ robots, with some lower-strength Defenders joining the attack against Fort Sisyphus.

It seems the reinforcements have been sent in an attempt to widen robot territory.!
Brigadier General Yevgeny de Souza stated that “Colonists must help contain these attacks — at all costs”.

    Insider Information: Trading Tip

There are rumours that a ‘Shady Scientist’ is seeking certain scavenged robot parts. The scientist was last seen at Fort Troy and it’s speculated that he is a disgraced researcher from the RDI.
