As I own Ghoul, I'd say the Bear ought to be worth at least tt+20k. But, well, I'm a little biased.
In all seriousness, this is still a pretty rare set of armor. The thighs (shins?) used to be a bitch to get. Then, for a while, MA released a bunch of them. But now, with the tendancy towards (L) crap, I think all of the unl stuff is getting more rare.

imho a great armour (but im biased!) does the job, ignore Boar & Jag, get Bear and work on your HP etc.
