WOF 2010 Team BeNeLux Real life party

MAY 8/9 WOF BENELUX REAL LIFE PARTY
LOCATION: ZUTPHEN, NETHERLANDS​

FOR: ALL WOF BENELUX PARTICIPANTS
COST: WE WILL MAKE A POT FOR FOOD, DRINKS AND BREWERY TOUR
BRING: YOUR OWN BOOZE AND SMOKES

REASON: simply because it is always so cool to meet the people behind the avatars, see how others play and chat about gaming all weekend! We could do a massive WOF training hunt......or just party!

Program suggestion Saturday:
12:00 Meeting at the City brewery
12:30 Lunch
13:30 Brewery tour and beer tasting
15:00 Moving to Suffie's place
18:30 Dinnertime (BBQ or Chinese buffet)
20:30 til late - partying and gaming

There are a few hotels in town:

And a hostel nearby:

There are a few sleeping spots available at our place. (about 10, bring your own gear!) We have a wireless connection, so if you have a laptop, you can login for gaming. Also there is room for about 10 desktop computers. Going to be a good connection stresstest hehe

After a nice breakfast on Sunday (yes, with bacon and eggs!), you can of course still hang around a bit, to wake up, get rid of your hangover, of just to have some more gaming fun.

Test your real life skills
For the more active people among us, there is a very cool atraction called
the Climbing forest.
The forest is located in a nearby town called Apeldoorn. Visiting the forest takes about 3 hours.
Do you dare to take on the challenge to reach the top?

It is there I found out that I kind of strongly react to heights hehe....already backed out at about 9 metres height...too shaky to continue. Not even halfway!! Shame on me! But I shall get to the highest point someday!!

Sooo early start on Saturday?
Climbing away from your hangover on Sunday?
Or just relax?

Message to all party people:

Pls sent me a private msg, containing the following information:

- you arrive by car or public transport? Do you need to be picked up from the station?
- will you come to my place between 11:00 - 11: 45 or to the brewery at 12:00? Lunch will be served at 12:00, the tour start at 14:00.
- do you bring computer/ laptop? (see private group for more details on that)
- will you sleep over? if so, i got 7 spots on the attick, 2 small tents, 4 spots in the shed and a few spots in the living room. Bring your own gear (and a flashlight, just in case. I got an extra "dekbed" for the people sleeping in the tents.
- Phone number, so I can reach you in case of emergencies You'll find my number(s) in the private group, just as our home adress
