Help: Connection Error?!?

Hi all, looking for a little help here, please.

I started getting this a couple weeks ago, thought maybe it was something on MA's end since it only happened a couple times then went away. Now for the past week, I cannot connect at all.

Firewall settings are allowing:

EIGC Client Process
Entropia universe Loader (temp?)
Entropia universe Loader (bin32)
Entropia.exe
entropia_universe_setup_11.9.3.75371.exe
entropia_universe_setup-calypso[1].exe



Any ideas?

Try using the client repair tool.


If that doesnt help, when do you actually get this?


If your going through a router, bypass the router to see if that helps it real quick.

I get this BEFORE the client loader screen even loads, so I cannot access the client repair tool.

I also will not be able to bypass a router, as I am in a new location without access to hard wire. That said, this was happening a couple weeks ago when I was hard wired...

Check your open ports for the game, make sure thats not restricted.

All I know is the stuff I listed in the OP, game access allowed by firewall.

If you mean something else, could you please be a little more specific so I know what I'm looking for?

im having the exact same problem, even though i was on just fine last night ? did anyone find the fix for this , help arggg hahah !
