My question is,
What you lose when you retire as a mentor?
do you lose your current disciples?
Do you lose your graduated ones and grade they gave you?
can u retire, finish dicipleship and then be mentor with all same disciples and no change in grade or whatsoever?

Yes, the proceedings will be lost and they will have to restart their discipleship with another mentor. Or with you if you plan to become a mentor again. But your repution will be blown so don't count on it. But peds can do wonders...
Do you lose your graduated ones and grade they gave you?
Once the disciple is graduated, he gets eternal fame and is ready for the big world. You will keep the grade (rating of mentor) of disciples that succesfull finished their discipleship.

No, the disciple can only finish their discipleship one time.
