All,

As the year's books have closed. I thought I would share some results. Although I have not been keeping sale price records, in some cases, of deeds at the beginning of the year (started end of March), I have tried to get some monthly averaged prices to help with this year's comparison.

Next year, I will add min/max range but given that we started a bit later in the year, I do not want to post inaccurate information.

Stop buying them! Dead project.

It has been interesting tracking all these deeds throughout the year and seeing the spikes and crashes that have occurred, some of which at the cost of serious auction house mistakes or manipulation. Results here are based on what are retrieved from the game. I have seen some results that go to excessive decimal places and if you choose to track this way, then some numbers might be slightly off than yours.

As always, you can see any of this at www.entropialoot.com/Exchange.aspx

For disclosure, I only own 1 deed for tracking of each of these, 1 auditory deed of the player funds, and 10 moon deeds to separate them from underground deed revenue.

Thank you for this! Is there any info source explaining how player funds work?

I have started a player fund based on my rental service. I will be on entropialoot hopefully next year. I just updated my thread with this years income data. I would be glad to answer any questions you have if you are interested in investing in one.

Thank you for tracking all these and providing an awesome website to compile them all into an easy to understand format.

I cant find the rep system. Did the new forum remove it?

Thank you for providing this information and the website.

I often send people to your website , mostly to save myself the frustration of explaining the various ROI's.

They are in the disclaimer mostly, which you can see here: https://www.entropialoot.com/Chart.aspx?id=6 - it reads:

This fund is not collateralized and is run by a player within the Entropia Universe platform. Investors should weigh the benefits and risk associated with non-collateralized funds as Mindark does not provide restitution or arbitrary services for disputes or claims revolving around this fund.

It does not mean player funds are poor, but they contain risk as there isn't a recourse should the individual just fly off with the funds. The ones currently listed have been in operation for quite some time. I merely list the fund so that players have the most information to make an informed decision and not shill for one over another. In all cases though, CLDs are used for benchmarking. You can see most of them underperform the CLD in the CLD pair chart below.

Thank you, Sir (Madam?), :D

You are indeed an asset to Entropia!

Keep up the fantastic work! (y)

Can you elaborate on what we are seeing in the CLD pairing chart? I’ve used your site often but never really understood how to interpret that section.

It's a deed pair. Take a deed, compare with value of a set pair - in this case CLD. This shows valuation ratios. For example, X number of shares per 1 CLD. It also shows you what an ancient greece share should be worth if you are buying for returns - in this case 2.243ped. This means that if you are buying for value, you are seriously overpaying or you are paying 400% markup for the small buy-in per share.

I am not picking on Ancient Greece shares. I think there are hidden value in them and not saying that because they made me a mankini. :D (maybe not 400% MU worth of hidden value)

There are far worse deeds in the mix such as Moon Deeds and Compet.

Can you elaborate on what we are seeing in the CLD pairing chart? I’ve used your site often but never really understood how to interpret that section.

For example , the Ancient Greece shares you would need 256 AG shares to equal the dividend value of the CLD.
This would make the AG worth 2.243 peds each to reach that dividend value.

For AUD you would need to have 25.3101 shares to equal the same value of 1 CLD at current prices.
This makes the AUD actual value 48.04 peds if you were to compare it to CLD at 2,245 peds.

Value is subjective depending on your play style of course.
CLD have a much larger investment layout compared to others , which allows those without the resources to also invest.
