Hi all. My partner Avy-Leigh and I are members of Team Varyag. We're based on NI. I have played since the beginning. Currently we are trying to build our business and were going to buy shop later on today. Heres the trick: The Canadian gov is giving relief money to everyone, should have got mine today.. they want to see my tax papers etc..so the process will take another few weeks..so right now we need a loan to get the money. I have 110 moon deeds, 40 Ark deeds, and explosive projectiles bp 3 and 4 to offer as collateral. We would agree to a time limit on loan.. if we don't pay back the 11k.. you keep it all.. we'll pay back 11k plus 1000 as a fee for service. or adversely keep the deeds and we buy back ep bp 3 and 4.. they are the ones I don't want to lose. So, is it a player you are buying this shop from and couldn't you offer same deal to them or no? I would think shop owner given the above information and collateral would work something out? Few extra days..hold collateral?

( P.S. I did get a bit of a giggle when you wrote you'd be willing to forfeit land deeds but want EP blueprints back. )

Why don't you just offer the shop owner an extra 1K ped if they hold the shop until your 'relief' money comes through?
Unless they have someone else willing to offer them the same, they will prob hold for you.
 
he won't hold past sunday.. wasn't getting any answers..so..risked it all..sold deeds..7k lost to bp 4 :) so revamp on offer.. now its a starkhov as-147 mentor (valued around +3k, and a full set of boar adjusted, and bp's) I want this shop bad..

yeah..Im thinking that too.. but I have this hoarding problem.. trying to get one of everything.. its hurting my ocd to even consider the empty holes in my bp book

I took your advice.. sold bp 3..figured I'll dump it into 4..see what happens..then when done..sell 4 and walk away forever. I am now up 11k lol

Seems to me the Ep bp's are causing you more grief than anything else, as they suck your account into a black hole.

You're buying this shop from a player; you could give them the same bargain. Given the following facts and documentation, I believe the store owner will figure something out.
