Well they aren't closed and formal but there are racetracks on Calypso. There's two on New Switzerland (Amethera) and probably more I can't remember :)

Well the main object of this thread was to get the views of others and it doesn't look like it's a widespread, big change. Seeing as I don't have any decay values to compare to from before, I'll just have to assume for now that it was the luck of the draw. At least spiders are still missing me...
