thanks for the replies, i have been on to their support and there is no mention of an upgrade, they suggested it might be my graphic card drivers or firewall settings. i will wait a few days and try again.

i have downloaded the game and as far as i can see i have meet all the requirements so why do i get the message "Your client meets the system requirements above. There are more requirements to meet, so please make sure you review the requirements in the download section." XP sp2 1024mb ram 2.4...
