Just lol to this.

Blockchain games are a thing. Crypto space commander off to a decent start.

Also, I just finished reading Atari's new crypto whitepaper this morning, its coming soon...

MA, it might be time to step up soon, your decades long life as an RCE island is fast coming to an end.

Am not trying to advertise any other games, just a heads up from potential incoming competition.

Oh, you mean like Dragon King by Neverdie?... Oh wait... hmm...
Mindark should focus on EU and not on some Blockchain crap...
You guys shouln't be so dismissive.
Blockchain gaming is a very new sub industry inside one of the biggest industries in the world (gaming).
And there are plenty of use cases, dont kid yourselves.
MA doesnt want the risk of being Kodak ignoring digital cameras.
And you guys shouldnt be like typewriter repairmen trying to make fun of early computers..

Maybe you should go read Atari's whitepaper to see what kind of things are possible.

We play in an RCE distributed globally. crypto and blockchain tech are here to help monetize gaming and decentralize currency and fiat onramps and offramps.

Either way, in short order, these game lists that feature RCE that bertha has been linking stories to for years now will not just include EU, SL and a list of obscure games like they always have.

Just sayin

wait a sec....on can still make serious money in SL ?
AFAIK that hype died 10 years ago
Online casinos ? yeah right......chances in a real casino are prolly better :D
Exodus3000 ? wow ...they seem to be active...last game update in 2013 ?

You are right.
Those wordings will mislead readers again.

There's a lot of hubris in here...
Yes people still make money in SL and their active player base is something on the order of 5-10x that of EU easily.. I bet SL players say the same thing about us over here... (people still playing that??)

Since i made my last post in here, I have read about 2-3 more rce games coming down the pipeline. The one starting with V is looking quite good...

Its been a long run, but there's storms brewin'...

V? Market Glory? CSC Space ?

Seriously, can you call a RCE game, when there is a restriction on the real cash?

There is a restriction on withdrawing L$.
Thus, you can figure out how they actually making real $ in SL.

These are country specific and outside of their control (there is a current note to Turkish users on the withdrawals help page). But no waiting time of 50 business days or any artificial delay at all. This is the part I really don't understand, Entropia is the only place where I ever found such a policy.

Hi San,
Anything you paid online that is classified under gaming, you will have a withdrawal issues. Paying for gaming services is very easy.

4+ years ago, companies is still willing to issue a banker cheque for their customers (gamers).
However, the law changed and becoming more strict now.
It's just a matter of time, which countries are affected.
I was very lucky to withdraw all my L$ into my paypal account before the new law enforced.
And that was because Diablo announced to stop their real $ auction. Thus, I worried and withdraw everything at the same time.

The moment when I depo for EU, I knew that i won't be able to withdraw these amounts.
It's a small hope that MA can make this RCE a big thing.
If you really look at MA business direction today, they are going to have their hard time to maintain their business partners and customers.

You are probably right, the environment is tightening for this kind of thing nearly everywhere and the outlook not hopeful. However, we're not quite in a theocracy yet and such differences in the present time beg for an explanation. My last experience with cashing out L$ was a while ago, because of that I did double check their help pages before posting the above. Don't settle in resignation. Demand answers.

Great! glad that you are still in SL.
I'm looking forward for one day, SL to be a great RCE platform again.

Well, you can be very good at doing research but when you are actually executing them in action, is another story.
Be careful if you are investing in any RCE games.

Honestly ? V looks horrible and it does not stand a chance at competing with EU. It's junky, clunky, and stale, and I still have no idea why people are comparing it to EU. The two games are entirely different. Do not take my word for it, watch some recent gameplay videos.

Wait, wasn't News Bot the one that had deep negative reputation? Was the entire forum migration a smokescreen for bailing News Bot out of the red?

LOL
There is a saying, V is an improved version of everything on EU.
Whatever mistakes done by EU which cannot be amended, V will take the place.
This is going to be interesting, if V = EU..

If V would have been an improved version of PE it would be awsome. Improved version of EU won't be good at all.

wait... V = improved of EU = EU = Improved of PE = PE (Original)
at the end, V = Improved of PE too ?

So, how do I hide a lootable pvp area to make money? Also, if I took up exodus, how do I attach a player to make money? Asking for a friend.

This article is rife with grammatical errors.

"Once you have enough money, you can withdraw. If you are fortunate, you can make money directly from MindArk, the leading dame developer. "

How do you misspell "game" in an article about Games?

the leading dame developer. "
Lets see, first there was Hanne, then My, oh and somewhere around in between many others such as MS9, the Nun, and ....

there used to be a game called wurm online where the devs allowed people to do business with eachother through paypal. You could potentialy sell all your stuff and cash out like that. not to sure if they still have an active playerbase but me and some friends used to play that. They now have a standalone game aswell on steam called wurm unlimitted but dont think doign real money with other players there is allowed. But for wurm online it definitly was allowed, even encouraged by the devs.

The game is like a fantasy sandbox MMORPG
