LA with the new share system

I was actually thinking that MA will introduce new LA or allow old LA to be sold with the new share system.
So people can buy shares from some land, then every shareholder can organize some events and everybody have more fun and more peds in the end.
All that work for the new system and just for 2-3 lands

And who will decide maturity and numbers from the share holders?
With the new system, MA administrates the LA's at a fix rate. Personally i think its a bad proposition.

It wont be hard to set a mob, maturity, number at first, than annouce these informations before the sale of the shares.

However, i would prefer if they would just sell the unused LA's.

the problem with shares is asside from the temporary cash infusion ma/pp receives they have an affect on the entire system as though they were a large corporation.

Once you promote everyone up from theyre current position within the company to the board of directors table, who do you have left in the mail room and doing the work downstairs?

its almost like ALL OF US being LA owners.. whos left to hunt? Majority sit even offline just waiting for ped to roll on in...
