You can't possibly know that MA has not taken appropriate action with this case.
They didn't though!! This should of been fixed in 1 day!! They should of restored his items that day when they were put in the Trade Terminal!!! This is gross negligence on the part of MA and it's no wonder why this game gets the PR that it's a scam. It's because of things like this.
We can also see that your items was sold to the Trade Terminal and that the PED was transferred to another account through the Auction.
I'm going to try and be as nice as possible since it's the forums on this issue but..... Soon as MA realized the items were sold to the Trade Terminal they should of been working on restoring the items and returning them to you
THAT DAY after your pass word was changed and then secured. This isn't a hard issue to resolve, take a measly 30 mins of time out of your day MA and restore this persons items!
This honestly is the grossest customer service I have ever seen in a game. Literally an issue that can be resolved in 30 mins that hasn't been in a year over items of high value. If MA can't even protect or restore items of value which is simple, why even deposit or play this game? This isn't complicated!!
This is 2022 and I can't believe that MA is this far behind in customer service in regards to gaming and to compare to other games it's just world's apart. I can literally log into World of Warcraft right now and restore any items I sold to the Trade terminal by accident,
myself. Blizzard literally has a Item Restoration service where even if you were drunk and Trade Terminal all your gear the next day you can just restore it.
This hopefully is a wake up to MA on how behind they are. You should literally be able to log into entropiauniverse.com and Item Restore this yourself. However we don't have that service because MA doesn't have customer service at all and they deserve all the hate they get because of neglected issues like this. This game could be doing far better but it's wounds are all self inflicted by MA itself.
I love this game but it's these types of things that will be Entropia's downfall one day because MA is playing with fire here. Not only are they showing they don't care about our items, time spent or accounts/money. If this type of problem happens to the wrong person they will be facing another lawsuit and even more bad PR that this game doesn't need. Which it doesn't have to be because this is literally a problem that should of been fixed in 30 minutes.
MA you need to do better and you have a long way to go in helping the players and your customer service. This is just gross negligence and incompetence and you should feel bad about it. Seriously ask yourself MA why should anyone deposit if you can't resolve these types of issues. This isn't a good look, fix this problem and work on making sure issues can be resolved in a timely matter. It's our money and if you don't value our money then people will just take it out of this game.
That's all, I love this game and am passionate about it but holy fucking shit. Seriously.
