in the past soc´s were kinda like a home, a family .. with way less drama than nowadays - some better soc´s have too many rules to follow, like online times, gear and such .. not everyone can keep up with it , not even real oldtimers. Also, people tend to ignore soc´s if the get "unwanted"...

probably not faster than a Fap, but it keeps healing you while you are already doing something else i.e. loading a TP Chip, keep shooting or running...

when you fall out of the revival, just hit the resto once, then load the TP chip while the resto ist still healing you .. and when you have the coords right and pay attention to your surroundings during dying you should be able to jump in a place close to your mob but not too close to others ...

a restoration chip and a TP chip solve this problem aswell...together with the Waypoint it is done since we have waypoints and TP chips :) i never lost a mob because of dying in 15 years ..

No not everyone needs to be moved, but clearly the servers aren´t working right .. and instead of moving god knows how many players just do a restart, takes a few minutes , But ofc thos 5 Minutes would cause a inconvenience to all those who actually didn´t lose several Mobs which weren´t carry...

yepp i saw since i had to fly over that area because the TP at Nymptown wasn´t working ^^ i am giving up and call it a day .. they dont bother to restart the thing so i don´t bother to waste my time ..
