I am using Windows 11 and you still can forget about that integrated Emulator, because you can only install Amazon Android Apps. I will bet on that they won't integrate this App anyways.

Maybe they want to know that you are not Pablo Escobar. When you still install the app it asks you if MA will be allowed to see your contacts and photos, so it may be not that far off. I did not tried to deny it and check if that may the app dysfunctional, but you can even try it.
