Where I live you get an Ip adress assigned to your internet account and it will not change even if ya wanted to, and if someone would be posting over my IP adress then my internet is either hacked or wireless and not secured.

Fact that they do this means they are not stupid and have good reasons to do so, or do you really think they don't know how to trace Ip adresses? It is fishy no matter how you look at it, end of discussion. :wise:
