So it would be considered part of your normal rtp it terms of ped in/ped out. The amp decay is added into the ped spent like it's just not counted as damage? My concern is whether or not it is just lost ped similar to unmaxed hit? Not quite sure how to test for this just yet.

Anyone done any tests to see what actually happens with the additional dps here, is it just lost cycle similar to misses?
