I can get to the EU log-on screen by Steam, but can't log on to the game. I get the message Entropia Universe is offline...

The error is in the client loader update. Steam update works fine.

No I was connected to the game through the Steam client when it froze. I got back into the game via the client loader after I found that I could not reconnect via Steam. I restarted the laptop as per your suggestion and that's fixed the problem.

How long is a "bit"? Its been more than 4 hours and I still can't log on via Steam. And FYI, my laptop has 16 Gb of RAM. That should be enough for the game not to freeze.

Cannot log on via Steam after game froze while crafting. (out of memory) Steam says that the game is already running, which it was not. Log in from the client loader is OK.

The old Next Island swords have been uncraftable for some time. A better solution in cases like them would be to put the missing ingredient back in to the loot list maybe as a rare drop so that the MU of the existing swords is not affected much. Not likely to happen though.

I've had no problem logging on via Steam or the client loader today.
