Just wondering: I loot an fair share of ESI's. What is obvious is that the TT is always either 10.01 to 19.99 Ped or over, dunno, 50 Ped (not sure what the lower border of the bigger ones is.) Pretty sure i never looted any in the range of 20 to 40 ped in example. Maybe it is common knowledge...
