If you are serious about sweating, get a sync chip. Swunt solo or in small groups, or just move it into pvp, pk'ers are iirritating yes but not nearly as much as that one guy sweating the floor in the middle of the circle.

The way that I read it, it will only affect team instances and not solo but am not sure. Did you still get points for category 1 though?

I am doing category 1 solo, I am currently a level 22 laser sniper, if I reach level 24+ will I move up to category 2 and lose all my points?
