Unlimited amps were looted mining I am quite certain. A few of us who crafted low level amps and TTd in batches reached out since we were worried we would have TTd an unlimited one. Iirc they didn't tell us where they came from.

First we had OA101-something (my first Hof :eek:) and EA101-something which later was changed to the ones we have today.
