FYI: 40 Business days for withdrawal - has come and gone...

The funny thing are that each withdrawal I made has taken longer time, first one like 20 days, then 30 and now 50+

You are from Sweden, you can just go and take 2 bags with cash from MA.
 
A recently processed withdrawal of mine took 63 business days, or nearly 3 months exactly.

In all honesty, I just hope my last two withdrawals will be committed at all ... I am aware that MA hates you (not sure why, but the fact that none of your mobs have an iron challenge speaks for itself), but I haven't heard of anyone who has been paid on time lately (and the word "time" is used very carefully here as 50 business days was, is and will always be a disgrace if put in the same sentence as RCE)

... I'm out, I have withdrawn 95% of what my avatar was worth and am happy to give MA the remaining 5% as the game, after all, is still fun to play

Sometimes you should take some changes as slight indications of what is happening...
Or just forget about them...

Never been able to really sell out, played till i dropped death... Still those 300K PED+ cycled in the few years i played said enough to me.

But must say had never any complaints with going to TI, loved the Cobolt finds and my first Tower! :smoke:

so thats 77-78 regular days, should receive transfer by Friday or early next week i imagine
 
Some more positive news.

Today my August 23rd withdrawal changed from 'pending' to 'committed'.

So that's 59 business days here, but just relieved it's not longer.
 
good to see u guys got ur money i just recently withdrew xxxxxped and will report how long it takes..
 
Sent a not so nice supportcase yesterday that 52 Business days had passed. Got a reply the day after the withdrawal was commited and money will be on avaible on monday.

So it seems when you hit 40 businessdays, send a supportcase and you will get the money, Mindark is just trying to stall the payout until you push them to earn more interest.

52 business days... truly despicable...
10 years is a long time to be around as a game...
I miss the old days... but these withdraw periods are starting to really worry me...

I hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it isnt a train...
 
All mine committed now and money received:

15. july - 46 business days
19. July - 50 business days
12. August - 62 business days
24. August - 58 business days
26. August - 56 business days
 
Pending since september 2, then changed to committed november 18.
51 business days.
 
Past 50 days, my support case was closed with the standard response about workload. Hoping for something soon...
 
Your withdrawal was created on the 2013-10-23.
That is 21 bank days ago. Unfortunately we cannot interfere with the queue, as bank withdrawals are handled manually and in order of their registration date, the processing time might vary during the year depending on the actual demand at that time. The payment is sent within 50 business/bank days from the registration date. We can not give you an exact date.

Asked a complete different simple question not withdrawal times.

The large majority of deposits are made via credit cards, while withdrawals are made directly to the account holder's bank account. Chargebacks can be submitted up to six months after deposit, but most frauds are discovered within two month. After 50 business days, the risk of chargebacks is minimal while giving MindArk time to perform internal security checks."

So that says to me that if you have not deposited for over 6 months then there is no reason to wait this 50 days.

Tell it how it is Mindark.. a neat little way to earn interest seeing you instantly take our peds out of our ped wallet, man i thought 3 days for a cheque to clear at a bank was a scam :) This is an uber scam.

You are right, but for a game where you can't deposit with one account with stolen card click 3 times to move the peds to second acount and click 3 times more to withdraw the money from the second account where "you have not deposited for over 6 months". If there is such game yes you are right and this will be uber scam if we were playing that other game. :wise:

Just out of interest if you visit a casino in for example Vegas , can you buy chips with a credit card or do you have to have cash?

If you can and you have a win does the casino pay you back in cash or back onto your credit card ? If the latter do you have to wait 50 days for this ?

How the hell do i know :) I'm in Australia, im not sure if you are asking me or not by the quote :)

This thread has done one thing though, made me finally withdrawal everything, sure hope it goes well.
 
My withdraw turned to committed today, withdraw made 11.09. Two months and 10 days real time. No support cases sent.

My withdrawal request from 8th of September today was changed to committed. Great! :yay:
 
9/17 withdrawal, currently at 58 business days (80 calendar days). Still pending.

Edit: now 20 hours later it's committed. Wish I had posted earlier :p

So I guess the current wait is 81 calendar days. Almost 3 months.

Seems withdrawals need to wait for equal amount of deposits to become commited. MA has no money so they cannot make that any faster. I am waiting "bussines" 2 months already.

Have you sent a support case? It may be that they "forget" about it unless you remind them, that their stated 50 days have passed.
 
they should apply this with the same reasoning to deposits too tho
"yeah, we need 50 days to confirm its no scam going on before we can give you the withdrawed money"

so how about
"yeah, i deposit 500 peds now, but i will pay the 50 bucks in say 50 business days, to see that there is no scam going on" :p

As most ppl here i did it. I was sure it is still good old 40 busines days. So I get standard copy/paste answer and get instantly closed case without reply posibility.

I' ll wait week more and then will send another one. Seems even 60 days is BS now :/

i withdrew while it was still 40 days, it got changed to 50 days in between
i cant recall any notification about this either

so naturally i bugged support on day 43 or so, got copy and paste reply and closed support case
which i generally find fairly rude as such

anyway, i think last week tuesday and if i counted right, exactly on 50th day it changed to comitted
