A tier upgrader with knight(m) and hunter(m)

Hi!

I have knight and hunter parts having arrived at tier 0.9 and other progressing theer so I would like to find a tier upgrader that can upgrade these parts and has the required second items. I understand that several of the armor parts are rare and have high markup, so I'm prepared to pay a insurance + upgrade fee.

I'm usually in game from 19:00 MA time.
