No there is not and I doubt that a discipleship armour would ever be given an upgrade path, as this would give it a clear advantage over other planet partner discipleship programs.
If instead it is a whole new armour introduced to the loot pool (not an upgrade mission for atlas) then sure I guess anything is possible, but it doesn't exist in the game yet.
