Ammo Burn Help please

A couple of advices:
1. To answer your question: it means 0.32 peds worth of ammo/shot, but if you don`t know what this is, you shouldn't use that weapon (it requires a higher level than yours)...
2. This "game"is a real cash environement, almost everything you do will cost you real money, Therefore, you better get a mentor or at least a noob-friendly society (a group of players, like guilds or clans in other games) and ask questions in soc chat, and study tutorials here on pcf, before spending any money...
3. Since you have (extremely) limited knowledge of how this "game" works, you better refrain from insults... an answer you consider being just a "smartass answer", may actually be the literal, correct answer to your question. Change your atitude, it will only help you.

I've done the mistake in the past buying big guns expecting the most powerful ever... only to realize I couldn't use them and was just wasting money. Actual cash.
Not knowing your avatars skills, a newbie weapon pulls something like less than 200 cells. A mid level rifle/carbine revolves around 1000-1500 cells.
That's a very high end gun which assumes the wielder is of a high level.
