I have been holding out for mayhem to be honest, since I know this is usable in cat 10 without much FAP time(mod resto), but I am certainly up for some offers to consider, and perhaps change my mind.

Check Genesis TP and go to tower B and then 5th floor..I believe is apt F but many on that floor have full sets and shopkeepers with pieces for individual armor sets. (looted and crafted armors in separate apartments.)
