anyone having trouble depositing today?

yep same here, tried depoing 3 times tonight but not bin able to.....have tryed ingame and on ma site same thing on both off them
 
same here, made a support case out of it when I saw that money was being tranfered in my internet bank.
hope they get back to me tomorrow.
 
thanks for responding, glad to know its not just "me" also sent support case.

maybe a dibs server was hit by the storms on US east coast..

maybe, but that wont explain why my depo here in sweden is acting up.

Yup, depo did not work for me either, been ~24 hours since i tryed and no reply from support, no peds, no money on bank account :(

Damn it!

I tried depositing $50 yesterday. Got Error message and tried twice again. About 30 mins later I received 3 sms from my bank saying I used $50 x 3 ($150!).

It's ok for me to deposit $150.... but I did not receive any peds! GRRR so frustrated... Need to craft... lvl 2 amp...

Come on MA at least answer my fucking support case (24hrs and no reply). I am GIVING u money! Appreciate it please!
 
Were broken for me too, from both in game and web site. At some point had a random success.

STOP depositing cause even though you do not receive any peds in-game, you will still be charged. Check with my bank and they charged my card with $150!

Imagine a OCD person trying again and again... maybe a $50 depo turn to $50000!

I had problems with this last night (about 19:00 MA/UTC time). The screens were *very* slow, but in the end after a long wait they worked.
 
Same issue, 4 deposits failed to get through to mindark but did come out of my account!
With the support system already frail this is going to over load it... I can for see weeks.. grrrr

No more mining for me..... very fustrating.
 
was hoping something changed over night, I really wanted to buy CLD's this round...Ma should hold 1 for everyone that cant depo...ofc they wont. we will be lucky to get a response/peds anytime soon I think....

Don't waste your money.

Click it into stuff. And yes, MA is not able to understand reason at the moment. Buying clds is suicide.
 
MA need just clean their money inbox, it's full.
 
the transfer from my bank (double the ammount I first intended) is finished.

but no peds on my pedcard.

the waiting game begins!

maybe I should dust of baldurs gate 2 and have a try.
 
I had a deposit confirmed of 84ped but i havnt deposited??

After 48 hours got this reply.

I have forwarded your case to the team in charge of deposits and they will contact you as soon as possible. However, please keep in mind that they won't be back to business until Monday.

The team responsible of charge should be back now and not at Monday.
They should be doing overtime to resolve this issue asap.

Finance is the backbone from any company anywhere.
And for sure when a shares are being sold.

It's a non fair sale of shares , however MA does that a lot.
Like if people work from Monday till Saturday and are away from home for a week of work they hallways miss out on everything as MA does all things on tuesdays.

And nothing special in weekends.

Money receiving is not even a issue to get a team to work problems out in weekends.
 
Same thought... Imagine going to a casino and the cashier saying "Sorry sir our credit card machine is broken. The technician will be here on Monday and hopefully he can resolve the issue then. Thank you for your patience!"

Same issue, tried 3 times to depo $220 and nothing, now my account shows the money in transit, but no peds on card, this was a CC transaction too from Australia, seems its their system having issues and not just Dibs etc...

Would be nice if MA could please comment on this thread as to their position regarding this situation. Im in no rush, but it seems many have this same issue and some feedback would be appreciated.
