Question: Apartment Pricing?

Hello!

Been wanting to inquire about what current apartment pricing is. I see forums from years ago citing 250PED and up, but i know that's not the case lol.

Anyone have any insight on the current going rate for apartments? I'm looking for one in a decent location on Caly, near a TP, which i know will increase cost. But want to try and inform myself a little before buying the first apartment i see on the AH xD

I know there are a lot of factors, and that pricing will be more of a range

Any insight would be appreciated

On Caly, non-G apartments tend to go for a little over 1k, larger G-size apartments typically are 2k. FOMA apartments tend to be cheaper generally under 1k. It also depends on location, view, etc.
