I'm happy. Everything about this game makes me happy.
I have to tell you, out of all the MMORPGs I've tried, EU has got to be the nicest looking by far. The whole environment immersion is incredible. Make me kid of wish it really existed.

Really have had that feeling too, to the extent I sometimes almost forgot the difference between persistent, real world, and persistent entropic universe.

Wish human relations did not have the power they actually do, sometimes  Well, as the old chinese said, "It will pass". :scared:

k 'nuff whining

Oh, btw, if you see me cruising around in my almost broken vehicle, please do not fix it, it is intentional.

i voted no cuz of the way loot works now.its been constantly bad since xmas.

As others have noted, the question is confusing:

If you meant "are you happy with the recent changes": No. Half the changes don't affect me, the other half made the game buggier and crash more.

If you meant "are you happy with EU in general": No. I don't play EU for enjoyment.

If you meant "are you generally happy with life": No. With today's economy, I have little or no chance of home ownership or a decent retirement.

However, I am happy that today I had a good, smooth morning poop. Sadly, they were sinkers instead of floaters.

I´m almost always happy, no time to be depressed :silly2:

Only happy when I'm mining:yay:
Sort of happy most of the other times.:wtg:
Not happy when loot sux:mad:

The problem is that higher markup for crafters means higher markup on what they craft, so the hunters and miners have to pay higher markup to get higher markup

It's an open market, stabilizes itself. So more MU on crafted goods means more MU on hunting loot and ores/enmatters. The lack on MU on hunting loot is one of the biggest complaints here on the forum.

NO! 54 levels in Taming profession and no taming profession for 1009 days now.

I can honestly say.... I'm not real happy since the last "loot rebalancing". I feel like I'm learning to walk all over again......

I'm happy but MindArk has many things to improve on if they want Entropia to be a mass success amongst MMO gamers. Here's a list of things I came up with:

  • More extensive debugging before updates released
  • Numerous unfixed bugs years after initial reports
  • Game design/development speed is too slow
  • Unexciting monster animations
  • Mob UI needs major overhaul
  • Cost to play is too high for casual gamers
  • Avatar looks need major overhauls
  • No avatar sprint feature; no crouch/squat, etc.
  • No official forum
  • Confusion amongst new players due to fractionating of playerbase between planets
  • Improvements needed in communication between MA and community
  • No development blog
  • MA still has not acquired banking license, even after all these years
  • Client loader ToU dialog box (user must continuously accept)
  • Turbulence within MA's board and staff distends apprehension amongst playerbase
  • Lack of new activities besides the big 3 (hunting, mining, crafting)
  • Ambiguous general direction of MindArk as a company (MMO? Casino? Virtual Universe? 3D Chat World?)
  • CryEngine is still missing previously existent systems
  • Estate bugs have gone unfixed for years and questions related to them unanswered
  • Poor handling of support cases
  • Support cases being brushed off by Planet Partner staff
  • Poor handling of questions to MA from players on Entropia Forum
  • New player experience is still abysmal even after improvements
  • Poor economy on all planets due to lack of interest in Entropia Universe and fractionated playerbase
  • Mixed general reputation of Entropia Universe amongst non-participants; internet forums; word of mouth

Off topic: Id like to say sorry for complaining excessively through out the forums, i have reasons why i spoke out but I am not going to try to give myself a reason, nor provide one, as i shouldnt have acted out like that.

The question begs the answer, are YOU happy? or are we talking about this game, as a mask for other issues?

Well, yes, I am delighted with EU as ever because I get to choose to play it or not.

There will always be things to complain about and it is pretty clear that EU has to shoulder these other problems more than it should. A company that has no astuteness - whatsoever - about promotion should always be fearful of those who have. And this is the sad bit - but I am still happy - where a good concept isn't broadcast over the world in every way possible.

I am delighted, as I say, even if my avatar becomes worth nothing overnight. Delighted that people consider their wellbeing through a game to be an issue. It isn't. You might have the best bacon in your shop, but if nobody is out there telling others, it will become worthless. Yes, I am happy.

Yeah I'm happy.
I enjoy what I do.
I enjoy what there is to do.
I enjoy the people in game I chat to.
I enjoy the opportunities presented to me.

I'm a man so it doesn't take much to make me happy

Good home cooked food
Regular hot sex
Some globs and hofs in game
Nice mugs of tea passed to by the misses.

In return the lovely lady can have whatever I can afford in return.

men try to keep life simple.

So I'm happy.

Rick.
