When interplanetary auction transport fee got introduced, there was an announcement, that money generated from auction delivery service will partly returned to players by interplanetary transport missions.

Now my Question:

Are you working on that, or is this project canceled ?

The Galactic Transport system is definitely not cancelled. Other projects took priority in 2018, but we look forward to completing this system. The money collected from auction transport fees will be distributed back to the community in one form or another.

I really hope that 'distributed back to the community' refers to as part of the transport missions to those performing the missions(like it was advertised) - because there is alot of other possible scenarios of how mindark can 'distribute back to the community' which have nothing to do with possible missions. Please clarify.

I strongly suggest MA tries to learn from this and similar issues. Putting in changes that affect player income and return on their sometimes sizeable investments, should not be done in isolation. The compensation or counterbalances regardless of whether it is as a mission, an item, or some alternative activity that would fit their game play/investment should be introduced if not immediately after the change, certainly within a very short time span, ie the next vu

If not, then by the time it comes along, the people you end up 'compensating' are in many cases not those that took the original financial hit.
Examples being the announcement many years ago to the introduction of space as we know it led to many hangar sales, only for the now ex-owners to discover that the new owner was getting compensation (starfinder, UL thruster etc I believe) and now with the changes to the AH the incomes lost in space led to many owners selling on their ships, often at a reduced price as they were seen as useless. So again much of the benefits of any missions as advertised will go to the newer owners not those the changes originally upset.
Others that stubbornly retained their ships still don't know what if and when they may see an increased potential for income. The complete lack of transparency over the if and when of development, the amount of ped actually set aside (was it 0.05% or 95% of the delivery fee of the AH), has led to a lot of negativity and loss of trust.

It is a sad universe where the survivors are those too stubborn to quit and those who believe it will all be ok one day...

Yes, this, this!!! This is our current state, and building the utility value to investments that were promised in the past and failed needs to occur in order to patch these wounds, blood will still freely flow until you do, we are trying to say.

There are development economic solutions that help provide utility value increases in the shorter term, while longer term implementations occur, even if some of those are outside the 365 day term.

If people see their investments are respected, it will shift the mood of the entire community instead of being jaded and uncaring in many instances. Utility value, the economic value of having a certain type of item, in areas of space ships, stables, shops, land areas, and deeds all need to be protected because these are pitched as an investment and face similar scrutiny.

Anyone going to invest in something ingame is going to do a risk assessment and valuation based on what the past president of treating your investors in large financial investments or people will not value these and prices will crash, leading further attempts to fail or find lower valuation.

Instead of expensive equus quads sold to people, we instead needed capital starship pilots having their economic utility increased...not decreased.
With the cancellation of Compets, we need stable owners given a patch that helps heal their wounds, as this will effect people's investment into other areas of the platform, including those in other areas.
