Think its random what lvl mobs you end up with in the cave, had the bigger mobs and smaller mobs in ship 3. Same goes for boss had both lvl's 150~ and 300~.
I mean I run a little away from the service center and it still just goes to inventory. I'll try spawning further away from myself.

Yeah this is really annoying sometimes when there is a lot of time to wait when I remember wrong the time.

I had that too today, and instead of relogging I clicked the door again and this time waited for the "counter" / "progress bar" to finish and then my ava was unlocked again. With "counter" here I of course don"t mean the timer indication which tells you how long to wait till you can re-enter.
Yeah that bug has been there for a while.
It's random i guess if the bar moves or not, before i often had that the bar moved slowly but it moved, but lately like photon said it doesn't move at all so have to relog to fix it.
About that one if you click again to enter the instance and let the bar end (when you have been locked for movement) it allow you back to move without the relog.

Hi, You can just click again and wait for the timer to complete (even if it is just squares - you can se the bar). After it completes you are free to move again. No need to relog. This takes about 1 minute.
Got these ??? today for the Daily Crafting mission. I have not changed anything and English is my language. So disturbing when you are trying to collect those vouchers as fast as possible.
I got them twice this week already, over 10 times since early January
