Question: Arkadia Land Areas...

Has Arkadia ever released any info about starting to sell the other Land Areas?

Cause apparently, I tried visiting the Arkoin broker today and saw that there's deeds for Land Area 2 to 6 up for grabs now. (@15 million Arkoins each)

So is it a bug? Or did I just simply missed their post?

That one, 5 LA's are currently for sale on Ark. (soon to be 4 by the looks of it).

Arkoins are the currency of the ancient Arkadians and are looted from the instances. You can sell them in p2p trade or auction just like any other loot, or you can use them to buy a limited range of items from a special broker. Items change over time but at the moment include:
Clothes
Armour
Weapons
Land Areas
