Depends on tier and seller/buyer patience. I guess in current market probably 30-50k. 30k would prolly be sold instantly any tier.
 
It's a peashooter for chilling out on low mobs which you will outpace in 3-4 months even shooting casually. It is splendid for its tier, but that's all, it doesn't print peds. A reasonable price for what it is/gives/risk of change would be around 15-20k. Then it's the factor of rarity, so yea, a few more k. But what really complicates the things is that from the already limited number of items a few .... overenthusiastic persons (to not breach the rules of forum) tiered up some of these, effectively drastically reducing the number of items with any decent price. Each of those tiered up both became a lolfactor and reducing by 1 the number of those nontiered. Even if you haven't asked for an opinion in this direction, skip alltogether this level and if you're really considering pumping up the funds look into the future and buy something reasonably priced at lvls 70-80+ for your chosen profession, even if it would gather dust until you max it. There's no point in sticking valuable funds/bankroll into a lowlvl item, which, at some point, you'll want to get rid of. Eventually rent it for collateral and make a ped on the way.

If you're looking for something to actually save you peds with skilling (presuming that is the goal), I will introduce you for free to a fantastic tool which saves you about 40% expenses (hence potential losses).
