Price Check Armor : Ghoul set (M)- Tier 5-6

Hello, i would like some advice and hopefully avoid mistakes.
I have a Tier 5-6 Ghoul set i tiered myself since the beginning and i am willing to sell it for a decent price;

Here are the stats :

[Ghoul Harness (M)] TIR 135 / Tier 5.80
[Ghoul Thigh Guards (M)] TIR 174 / Tier 6.19
[Ghoul Shin Guards (M)] TIR 135 / Tier 6.01
[Ghoul Arm Guards (M)] TIR 140 / Tier 6.15
[Ghoul Foot Guards (M)] TIR 119 / Tier 6.02
[Ghoul Face Guard (M)] TIR 133 / Tier 6.12
[Ghoul Gloves (M)] TIR 119 / Tier 6.34

As you see, there is only one Tier 5 on the set and all other pieces are Tier 6.
Furthermore they all have an above average Tier Increase Rate.

Please, would you mind sharing your opinions about the value of this set ?

Sold a t4-5 set couple months back for +4k. A full t5 set of male id price at close to 4.5-5k

Tbh, that set, when looking at the stats and the fact it's tiered all the way to 6, should really fetch like +6.5k. What's going to drag down the price is the fact that it's crafted and Auk sells a freshly crafted set for around 4k. So anyone in the market for a Ghoul set probably won't truly appreciate or understand the value of the tiered set versus the freshly crafted tier 0 one and will prefer to pay less, so you'll have to make your price more attractive.

In the end, I think if you can get +5.5k, that will be good. I just don't know if you'll be able to though. You might have to settle for 5k.
