This item is on Rocktropia in a few places, now I know what it does! Car Assembly Terminal. This one actually made it into the game.

Mindark are trully lucky to have such a talent on board. So expressive faces. Cool to see some of the mob designs which not came into game, I just love the argonaut. But maybe to hairy mobs have to many polygons :)
