I hope someone can please help me, My forum account was banned after I took a small break from the game

I tried to log in and get a message saying I have a duplicate account?
I study at leeds university in the UK where I play the game and access the forum and it was all working fine until a few weeks ago.
The only reason I am posting is that the contact moderators option which I gave a full explanation of where I am is not getting any reply.
I played for about 6 weeks deposited £40 (About $65) only a smll amount but still.
there are currently about 800 people here so yea some others may play entropia so can you either investigate or at least not ignore all appeals.
As I said in my PM I will happily supply all the ID needed to prove I am me to speed the process along, I feel the forums are a big part of the game to allow me to communicate with other people and the game seems a bit less active because of my banning.
