Basic Sheet Metal % success

All old style non-SIB BPs max at 90% but my Basic Sheet Metal is at 92% (QR=64.1)

Is there a reason for this or is it a bug?

Yeah BSM does have sib. So that is indeed the reason.

I think they changed all the BPs from the technician to be SIB some time ago.
