Ohh how about a beacon mission that requires you to fly to it with yer own ships? :yay:

Just a suggestion on how beacons should be when they come back

 
Space-Beacon-Missions

How about that? Yes? :)

We're about to launch space so why not add a new dimention to it
and bring back Beacon Missions - this time in space?
I imagine we still need the beacon to get inside the alien spacecraft
but fly out in space to find it and enter?
Would that be an idea? (I know it's an idea but is is usefull?)

With the new space expansion they will bring back beacon missions but in reverse. If you activate the beacon the robots will invade your cruiser and steal all your stuff.

I too want the beacons back as that's one aspect of Entropia that I used to enjoy when I played it back in the day, however it doesnt nescessarily have to be a clone of the old system. It would be pretty cool if you could actually attack robot ships with spaceships and board them.

With that being said, I do not think they will be back before sometime during 2012 as there are many other things planned for the remaining part of the year such as mentoring and taming plus additional space related updates.

The funnies part is that they predicted all missing system back by the end of 2010 :laugh:

I'd like Beacons with egg and perhaps some toast to the loot:)

Beacons could be a key to open the door of a ship in far space zones on the edge the reach of others until conquered temporarily, but also on completion there is opportunity of opening lootable PVP fort 'fight for the flag area' that could be recycled if not maintained back into more beacon if not maintained by a society.

I have never seen the Beacons or missions..Gone before I started. Dying to try them since I have heard so much about them..:D

I hope that you will be able to try one day ( if MA starts to do something ) its fun.;)
