Since MA seems not really concerned with providing us this option and there is reasonable amount of people who use more than one monitor while gaming, I decided to share how it is done.
Note that this is not clean way and it have small drawback.
1. Exit game and edit your settings-ce.cfg file and set resolution of window ('r_HeightWin' and 'r_WidthWin') to your monitor resolution (same as 'r_Height' and 'r_Width'). When you will start game this values will get automatically lowered (very little) to accommodate border of window.
2. Download small tool called Fullscreenizer, select EU and fullscreenize.
Essentially what this program do, is to rescale internal window to fullscreen. Because of that there is few pixels difference in where cursor points and where you actually click. I encourage you to test it on your own to 'learn where to point cursor. I hunted like this many times and it works like charm.
Feel free to ask if you have any troubles.
