Have seen the ingame price so Start bid is 600 peds
not sure of a BO but lets say 750 peds just to give one

you can also check PAauction, tells a liitle about what is sold and what QR they where, its a nice tool to use when you try to find the right value on a item, just remember that it dont show buyouts.
