I am not sure if this has been mentioned but just in case before patch:

Natural Regeneration from your avatar is broken. :(

Are u certain? My adjusted restoration's chip heal over time is working fine.
 
Yes, mine wasn't working last night and watching Deux stream we all noticed.
( not resto chip heals..the natural regen bar )

No..not tools/chips..Game over time heal..Not tools.

Stop using resto or heal tools and your bar does NOT move to heal.

Yeah sorta got me confused with heal over time since I use resto. That's a terrible bug for newcomers/sweaters. If they can't regen naturally! Gamebreaking bug to them.

You should update the description on opening post to avatar regeneration instead of heal over time btw.

Great idea!
I agree about new players/sweaters, I picture them dying in droves.
 
This must have been a lag issue on your part .

I was sweating today and regen was working fine .
 
Maybe different areas that are more laggy., but just watched it.

I just watched Deux doing Evis's and same issue. Actually, he mentioned it to me.
Maybe is lag...will check areas.

I was trying to watch Leola's but she has Life steal buffs and amps/rings can effect it and regen.

No not chip Geo..Natural health avatar regen.

I wonder if something isn't stopping it or what kind of bug or lag.

If it isn't a bug then this is the slowest regen I have ever seen. Have to do it without amps/pills/rings/pets /chips etc to make sure
I will test it with different combinations and same place I was last night.
 
Ohhhh might be because M-Matrix amp wasn't working why it seemed to not regen as well as with the lag. Hmmm

Still very, very slow regen.
