Question: Can you find the Estate deed owner through the Estate's Terminal for (Apartments/Shops/Ect...)

I'm just wondering at the moment, is it possible to find the owner of any given apartment/shop/property by looking at the Estate Terminals. Why I ask is the clear fact I'm a newbie that's looking to invest in a small apartment to either setup a nice club or social gathering pad, for Electronica/Dance music fans.

You can see the owners name by checking the terminal outside the estates.
But it will be hard to find "mr xxx" that is listed as owner.

Easiest way would be to buy an estate from the Auction (listed under "estates") or checking the "For Sale" category in the forum.

Also you could put a "Buying" estate ad under the "Buying" section in forum.

Once you have got a name from the terminal for the estate you are interested in you could check the members list in this forum to see if the player is using the same name here, and pm him/her. If that fails you could try a post here asking the owner to contact you.

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
1. learn the name of said estate owner
2. camp a city for hours asking anyone if they know said estate owner
3. when someone says yes ADD THEM TO YOUR FRIENDS LIST
4. bug person who knows said estate owner 24/7 asking if owner is on
5. when they say F### OFF repeat ste4ps 2-5
6. when they say yes ask them to pm them where they are and go meet said estate owner

You can only learn the name of the last owner to activate the estate (presumably by paying rent, or at least entering the estate) by looking at the estate terminal. This is not necessarily the current owner, and in the case of many apartments is decidedly not the current owner of the deed as many apts are only being held for resale.
