Can't log into Entropia Web site or EU

When I try to log in to the web site it gives me the message

"Account Locked The account has been locked due to too many failed logins. Please contact Entropia Universe Support for further information"

When I contact Entropia Support for more information they tell me to log in and send a support case.

I can't log in (that is part of the problem) so what do I do?

Any help would be Appreciated.

If they are going to lock my account shouldn't they send me an email explaining why. They need better customer service and support.

If you look closely, you will see they already said why your account is locked, u said the answer yourself!

I mean, it cant be more accurate then that.

Also, where to send support cases see the post above mine!
