Suggestion: Categorize Estate Deed Market Data

It seems as if most, if not all, apartments/shops/homes are all categorized as Estate Deeds for Market Data purposes.

Can this be changed so that each unique deed has it's own Market Data?

And while you're at it, in auction, separate and let it be possible to sort, estate deeds (house, apartment, LA, Shed) and all the other deeds (CLD, ALD, AUD, and all the rest).

And don't forget Compet deeds in the second branch.
