How do I get this? Is there a mission?

Yes there is. It requires killing a bunch of really hard robots I think for 250 days twice a day. I am putting together a team to do this. I am looking for another high dps or high level fapper. (fap can be provided as long as you have the skills and collateral.)

Thanks for that reply Xan. Not for me then. I don't want to commit to 250 days of shooting robots. Too many other things to do ingame.
