I was exited from "crystal cave" instance
and I received an error msg about chat system failed to start
and my avi was unable to move.
I tried to relog 3 times as the error msg suggested.
Now I get the msg that my avatar is already logged.
I can't login in and I have the crystal daily mission already completed.
I wonder if I'm just me or it is a bigger server issue.

PS: already got a support ticket
 
I'm having the same problem. My avatar is already logged in.

Also, do not execute the repair tool. It will delete your entire installation folder.

MA can you fix this?
 
Hope you dont have claims to get stoya . And for others that doing events now will need doing extra hours in week time because of that shit . Good times :yay:
 
It happened to me also less than an hour ago, i read in some other thread that you could log in with the Android app and then it would work to log in on the computer again, i tried that and for me it worked :)
 
I confirm that logging on the android app works. It solved my problem.

If you don't have an android phone/tablet you can install and emulator on windows and do it there.

yep - unless stuck in space with 'already logged in' message - logging in with app fixes it. if in space, you are screwed.
 
use of VT was the reason I had this same problem a year ago!
this time Virtual Tycoon helped to solve it! ty guys for this suggestion

bluestacks didnt start for me but could do it using youwave :)
