Help: chat window on dashboard gone

The new UI update did not solve this problem.
 
unfortunate, but cant say it was not expected, more like it was expected :D

Only if you have write permission for this folder, which is NOT the case if you installed the game in the default location under C:\Program Files\...

I've since long wanted to file a bug report for this and always kept forgetting. Doing it now.
 
Well, until I get some help with this issue I won't want to play.
 
I've sent 3 support cases on this and i was asked to send one after I sent three..They don't look at support cases
