Question: Christmas Presents

Support just told me that its either 10k PED deposited or owning an estate for the snowman.

They kindly ignored the fact, that i mentioned, that i had deposited over 10k PED in 2009, in my inquiry already and didn't get one.

I mentioned it again maybe i get a one after all.

I have deposited over 10k PED also, but I always receive 2 gifts since I sold my apt. I think support is mixing it up
(I've deposited way over 10k each single year so it's not like I'm talking about totals here)

The criteria is:

Candy cane - everyone
Shoes - Anyone who made at least one deposit
Snowman - Anyone with an estate and/or who made a deposit of 10,000 PED or above.

Right now it's an issue with the 10,000 PED-criteria, meaning some avatars didn't get the snowman. We are investigating this and will correct it after the holidays.

They know something wrong. Just we need wait...

I checked that link Mega, I also tought it was by deposits, but like i said, I never commited a single deposit. and I got the 3 gifts, that's why I'm wondering how it works now.

Like i said before,
I held a estate deed from a friend, last VU, when I went to CND to mine and to leave minerals
I believe my friend didn't claimed back the property yet.

Due to some Irony thread, some flaming I noticed, and some PM's I received by the times, I will post this to clean my name and all the bad mouthing of some people.

and it goes by scales
if you have nr 2, you get 2 and 1
if you have one of the number 3, you get 2, 1 and the 3rd also

No, I have never had any estate in my playing time, so I have always thought the second gift (like last years raindeer and this years snowman) is not connected with estate owning, since last year for instance people with estates did not get the second gift..
