Client Loader not responding, No support available - Game is dead?

Hi All,

Am I alone in this? The client loader since yesterday - downloads the updates - then hits the Please wait message and has a Not responding notice at the top.

And cant log into the support site to make a support case as the 2FA says Bad code.

Game is dead? Cant log in and no means of support for over 24 hours now?

Good thing I did not pay a lot for this game.

For nearly 2 years now i always have to copy updates from my wifes computer cause they wont finish update on mine and therefor cant login game.
If you know someone who can give you a full downloaded copy of the most recent entropia version update, i would try just copiing the whole thing over - it does work for me like a charm.

Go to your download folder, "c:\users\public\entropia universe" is the default path but you can find that in under the Tools section in the client loader, go to this folder, right click and select properties, then make sure that read-only is unchecked.
